The couple reportedly broke up due to long-distance issues as Goulding lives and works in London and Moore lives in America. Although the couple originally connected when Goulding was sought out to record vocals on a few Skrillex songs, their shared tastes in music wasn't enough to create a lasting intercontinental romance. In the past, Ellie said she wanted to make a whole album with her boyfriend, but their schedules made it impossible.
